1、 符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

（1）供应商具备独立法人资格，具有有效的营业执照（营业范围须包含：自动化控制设备、环保技术开发、技术服务等相关内容）；

（2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度。（需提供2015年、2016年、2017年任意一年的财务审计报告，若公司成立不足三年，以实际年份为准）；

（3）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；

（4）有依法缴纳税收（出具近6个月任意一个月的缴纳税收证明）和社会保障资金的良好记录（出具近六个月任意一个月的社会保障缴费证明）；

（5）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明。

（6）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。

2、 信誉要求：被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商，不得参加本次投标；供应商提供信用中国（点击登录后可查阅）和中国政府采购网（点击登录后可查阅）查询信息截图打印页；
