简要规则描述：按照浦农业农村委【2020】150号文《关于加强2020年农村环境综合管理区级奖补资金使用管理工作的通知》要求，完善高桥镇农村环境基础设施量养护的长效管理，范围为高桥镇5个行政村内的健身点、广场、停车场、村内道路保洁、公厕、大件垃圾堆放点、村内绿化、垃圾箱房及村域环境卫生的巡查养护，保障设施正常运行，村域内环境卫生状况良好。
